Shiping Detail

Please note we only ship to UK Mainland address.

Standard delivery should be with you within 2-5 working days from shipment (excluding large items such as couches & medical furniture where we will contact you after payment to arrange Delivery).

We do offer a next-day delivery upgrade which is available at an additional charge of £3 + VAT. Orders must be placed before 1pm on the day prior to guarantee we can dispatch your order in time.

We shall inform you once your order has been dispatched and we will provide a tracking number for the relevant courier.

 

Shipping Costs

Delivery is Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Orders over £75.00 exc. VAT shipping is FREE (excluding secondhand / reconditioned, large items such as couches & medical furniture)

Orders below £25.00 exc. VAT shipping is £4.95 + VAT

Orders between £25.00 and £74.99 exc. VAT shipping is £7.95 + VAT

 

Special deliveries

Saturday delivery please add £20 to shipping costs above.

Returns and Refunds Policy: Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that expire sooner than from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.

If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
